NOTE FROM THE PROGRAM DIRECTOR / OWNER OF LIVING OAKS LANDSCAPING:

Every person likes the idea of success. The reality is that success is a process which can begin anywhere and through any profession of choice with the proper mentoring and determination. College is not for everyone. But success can be found outside of a college experience. Our program is designed to offer people with an interest in the landscape field an opportunity to advance quickly into leadership and a true understanding of the fundamentals, which will drive their professional interest into the highest potential earning opportunities. While most companies focus to develop their own financial success, Living Oaks aims to offer a culture of training to develop individuals. The company’s goal is a joint winning point of emphasis. We understand that the degree to which our team members or students grow, is the degree to which our company becomes better in every manner possible.

Landscape has been a love of mine for as long as memory serves. Even as a kid who went to college, landscaping eventually became my desired profession while working with some outstanding companies near my home in Pennsylvania. During and after college I found myself fortunate to have experienced many different landscape companies and their cultures. But despite my interest, I recall few managers within these companies who truly offered an interest to see me grow. I remember the conversation with myself a long time ago as I reflected to say…”if I ever had my own company, I would…” this is how our company and now our training program developed. Truly, it is Living Oaks’ plan to help promote the potential within ordinary people who have an interest in landscaping so that they find success and contentment in life quicker than entering a company which only aims to serve itself. I hope you would consider the benefits of our program for you or someone close to you. We’ll develop the foundation of a professional understanding better than any other option in our industry. From there success will be closer than ever imaginable. Even for us simple landscapers! We hope for the opportunity to develop this in you or someone for which you care.

Sincerely, Reynolds Lockhart
